AST Trainer

Position Summary:

An AST Trainer provides community-based services to consumers of Esperanza Services as assigned by their direct supervisor. Services include but are not be limited to hands-on living skills training and support with obtaining community resources.

Qualifications:

Experience working with the disabled population
Self-Starter
Team-Player
Decision-making and problem solving skills
Strong reading, writing and communication skills
Time management skills
Strong commitment to quality of service
