The Community Activities Assistant (CAA) is responsible for supporting and monitoring clients who are involved in community activities including resource attainment and self-help skills such as in eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, laundry, and other common daily living activities. These personnel are also responsible for preserving client safety while in the community and ensuring the client’s continued use of the community resources.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with the developmentally disabled
- Problem Solver, pro-active and able to work well in team settings
- Basic Computer Skills
